OpAmp Booster SMD

This op-amp booster PCB is based on the Micro Amp circuit and includes several tone settings. All components are pre-assembled, only the potentiometer and DIP switch need to be mounted to complete the build.

Drilling template Step 4 of 4

Choose a 1590B enclosure and use the custom drilling service. For personalized artwork, use the UV printing service. Open this drilling template or add the coordinates from the following table into the online tool at drill.taydakits.com. The holes #1 to #5 are for the 1590B enclosure PCB.

 

Adjust the diameter of hole #3 for the DC connector (9 mm works for most of the connectors).

Adjust the diameter of hole #5 for the LED as follows (for painted enclosures):

  • 3 mm LED: 3.2 mm
  • 3 mm LED metal holder: 6 mm
  • 5 mm LED: 5.2 mm
  • 5 mm transparent holder: 6.5 mm
