Enclosure drilling Step 5 of 5

Choose an enclosure and use the custom drilling service. For personalized artwork, use the UV printing service. Add the coordinates from the following table into the online tool at drill.taydakits.com. The holes #1 to #5 are for the 1590B enclosure PCB.

 

Adjust the diameter of hole #3 for the DC connector (9 mm works for most of the connectors).

Adjust the diameter of hole #5 for the LED as follows (for painted enclosures):

  • 3 mm LED: 3.2 mm
  • 3 mm LED metal holder: 6 mm
  • 5 mm LED: 5.2 mm
  • 5 mm transparent holder: 6.5 mm
