This versatile charge pump generates both –9 V and +18 V from a single +9 V power source. The –9 V output is perfect for creating a dual power supply or powering positive-ground effects, such as a Fuzz Face or Tone Bender. The +18 V output provides overdrives and boosters with extra headroom and clarity.

 

POWER SUPPLY CHAIN WITH POSITIVE GROUND PEDAL

A positive ground pedal cannot be directly connected to the power supply in chain with your other negative ground pedals. Use this CB to build a voltage inverter and power your positive ground pedal in chain with the rest of your pedals.
