Choose an enclosure (www.taydaelectronics.com/hardware/enclosures.html), use the drill service (www.taydaelectronics.com/hardware/enclosures/enclosure-custom-drill-service.html) and the UV printing service (www.taydaelectronics.com/hardware/enclosures/enclosure-uv-printing-service.html).

Open this drilling template or add the coordenates from the following table in drill.taydakits.com. The holes #1 to #5 are for the 1590B enclosure PCB

 

Adjust the diameter of hole #3 for the DC connector (9 mm works for most of the connectors).

Adjust the diameter of hole #5 for the LED as follows (for painted enclosures):

  • 3 mm LED: 3.2 mm
  • 3 mm LED metal holder: 6 mm
  • 5 mm LED: 5.2 mm
  • 5 mm transparent holder: 6.5 mm
