Drilling template Step 5 of 5

Choose a 1590B enclosure and use the custom drilling service. For personalized artwork, use the UV printing service. Add the coordinates from the following table into the online tool at drill.taydakits.com. The holes #1 to #5 are for the 1590B enclosure PCB. Omit holes #6 and #7 if you are using the internal switches.

 

Adjust the diameter of hole #3 for the DC connector (9 mm works for most of the connectors).

Adjust the diameter of hole #5 for the LED as follows (for painted enclosures):

  • 3 mm LED: 3.2 mm
  • 3 mm LED metal holder: 6 mm
  • 5 mm LED: 5.2 mm
  • 5 mm transparent holder: 6.5 mm
